General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, offers, and agreements via this website. By using this website or by entering into an agreement, you agree to these terms.
Services
The services offered consist of photography and related activities. The content, scope, and execution of an assignment are agreed upon in advance through consultation. I reserve the right to refuse assignments if they do not align with my working method or vision.
Appointments and cancellation
Appointments become final upon confirmation. In the event of cancellation by the client, a fee may be charged, depending on the time of cancellation and costs already incurred. Cancellation must be made in a timely manner and in writing.
Delivery and selection
The selection and post-processing of photos is done at my own discretion and style. Only images that fit my signature are delivered. Raw files are not provided, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Copyright and use
The copyright to all photos remains with the photographer at all times. The client receives a right of use for personal or agreed use. Photos may not be modified, transferred, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Publication
The photographer retains the right to use the images taken for portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
Liability
I am not liable for damage caused by improper use of the delivered images or by circumstances beyond my control. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount agreed upon for the assignment.
Payment
Invoices must be paid within the agreed period. In the event of non-payment, further delivery may be suspended.
Force majeur
In the event of force majeure, such as illness or unforeseen circumstances, a suitable solution will be sought in consultation. Any advance payments will be refunded if necessary.
Changes
These general terms and conditions may be amended. The most current version is always available on this website.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
