Photo description
The Panthéon is one of the most impressive monuments in Paris and stands in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Originally built as a church, it grew into the national mausoleum where famous French figures such as Voltaire, Victor Hugo, Marie Curie, and Alexandre Dumas found their final resting place. The monumental dome and classical columns make the building a masterpiece of neoclassical architecture and one of the city's most important landmarks.
